She spent so many years in chaos, pain, confusion and risky behaviour to say the least, she is the girl who’s been there, done, seen or been a part of that, whatever that is, she can almost certainly understand.
Suicides, House Fires, Flood, Tornado, Drugs, Booze, Police, Court Rooms, Break ins, Mental-Physical-Sexual Abuse, Accidents, Sudden Death, M.S., Adultery, Depression, Panic Attacks, Surgeries, Hospitals, Palliative Care and the list goes on and on and on...

Cassandra comes to her "Calling" with a unique approach, she uses a combination of her vast life lessons, all her learnt tools, her never-ending schooling, strong spiritual guidance, deep meditation practices and her very open conversation style to guide you to your highest truth. Cassandra is here to change the way people feel about themselves, to empower and lift others up, she uses her experiences (good and bad) to enrich others.

Cassandra is a truth teller, a straight shooter, she can be very blunt and she doesn't always have the softest touch, but she cares deeply and only wants you to succeed, to heal, to grow and move forward and live your best life possible, to walk with genuine joy, compassion and love for yourself.

Certified in everything Healing and Empowerment, mother of 4, glamma of 4, married to her life partner, soul mate and bestfriend. Cassandra has not only survived her past trauma, abuse and addictive behavior but has found a way to learn, grow and have an abundance of gratitude for everything she has gone through, the life lessons have made her into the bright shining light of love, and compassion while having a deep understanding of trauma and healing.
Cassandra has spent her adult life learning more and more about people, trying to understand herself and others, trying to figure out how to be happy, self assured and well balanced. Cassandra has gone from hot mess, runaway, young teen mom, scary behavior, with an eye for chaos her own and others, living a life she created that she wouldn't want for anyone but also wouldn't change it as it made her who she is. Cassandra has a genuine love for herself, she has worked hard to become her authentic self, to live the life she wants without trying to fit into the box of expectation and the ideals of others of who she should be. Cassandra still has brief moments of self doubt and insecurities, and on rough occasions has had the moment of falling into old patterns of you suck and who do you think you are but her deep seeded truth, plus the desire to continue to heal and break free of the not enough noises in her head keep her working on herself. Cassandra is becoming her most perfect self which is authentic, compassionate, loving, who really loves her life and her family, who wants travel, to try new experiences and have a few hold my beer moments.
Now Empty Nester Cassandra is able to share her gift of empowerment, love, laughter and inspiration on a more full time basis. Cassandra has spent the past couple of years clearing the way, upgrading her skills, adding resources, knowledge and tools, all while creating the Studio of Self-Love a beautiful Sacred Heart Healing Space in Wpg Beach Mb.
Education: when I was young you couldnt keep me in school, then with one workshop I fell down the rabbit hole of healing, learning and empowerment and Ive been following the white rabbit ever since.

​​A 30+ year journey together of walking the path less traveled...

The Day We Met was April 1, 1991 (yes, April Fool's Day).
Our first home together was a country shack with no hot water and no heat - our baths were heated with a cattle iron and it was the 1990s, not the 1920s!
We were really excited when we moved 'up' to a tiny apartment with full-on indoor plumbing. Since then we've been through several homes, added four babies and now four grandbabies.

Our life together has held so much happiness but also what feels like more than our share of loss and grief - multiple accidents, house fires, diseases, surgeries and loved ones gone too soon.
​
In a critical turning point or should I say turning points were in the summer of 2014 we lost a very special member of our home to a brain tumor after months of no one listening that something was wrong, then a few months later our son was in in an accident that was said was something out of a horror film and it felt especially unfair when a few months later our three-story 100+ year old house burned to the ground and was a total loss and and and... the list went on and on. And absolutely, we were angry. We were bitter. But we chose to keep our focus on healing and living an empowered life, and in 2017 we traveled to the US together to become certified in Walking Fire.

After a few more issues, hurdles and kicks in the ass, finally in the fall of 2020, we were able to move to our Created By Us Home in Winnipeg Beach.
We've planted memorial trees along with ideas, cleared our space, changed the landscape, and built our amazing Studio of Self-Love, Healing & Empowerment, where we now run our Walking Thru Fire Events, Martial Arts Training and Healing Therapies.
