I've done a lot of things in my life to please other people, including myself.

I've done what was expected of me as a mother, wife, daughter, and friend.

But the one constant was that I was criticized for not being enough to meet someone else's expectations.

 

When you look back on your life, did you make your own choices?

Were you free to think that anything was possible?

Or were you surrounded by people who decided what was best for you?

I believe that the more you love yourself, the more you can love others.

Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.

It means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. 

It means not settling for less than you deserve, having boundaries and being ok with saying no.

My mission is to help you cultivate self-love, empower you to live your best life and to help you achieve optimal wellness, physically and mentally.​

I will work with you to create a personalized plan based on your unique needs and goals.

My program consists of the following:

What is the difference between traditional counselling and holistic counselling?

Holistic counseling is a form of therapy that addresses the person as a whole. Unlike traditional counseling that primarily focuses on the psychological aspects, holistic counseling takes into account the interplay between the mind, body, and spirit.​​​

Holistic Therapy

A Waiver + Intake form will be sent to the email address you provide.

This form must be completed and returned 24 hours prior to the start of your first session.

One & Done

1 session of 90 minutes

​

Our session is a one-time session of 90 minutes. It is an opportunity to work on a specific issue or problem that you are dealing with. This is a great way to get support and a different perspective. I am here to listen and provide a safe space for you to work through whatever you are dealing with. I will let you know that you are not alone.

**Doing "inner work" and healing is a deeply personal and individual process, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.

Make A Change

6 sessions of 90 min each; 

​

Our session is 90 minutes of counseling and discussion. It's a deep dive into a personal trauma, issue, or problem that requires more time to unpack and move through to get the desired closure. You'll have extra access to my services and the opportunity for text and phone calls between sessions for extra support during your transition.

​

You will be required to do personal worksheets between sessions. These worksheets are intended to enrich and deepen your experience.

​

​Total Transformation

12 sessions of 120 min each;

​

This is an inner journey to look at issues, to change unhealthy patterns, and to cultivate a connection to self, to find your voice and speak your truth. Each session involves looking at your body-mind connection as well as counseling and discussion on how you can best move forward into the life you truly desire.

​

You will be required to do personal worksheets between sessions. These worksheets are intended to enrich and deepen your experience.​​

​

Both speakers talk about the importance of having a healer hold space, support and help guide you to your inner truth. The relaxed mind, true love filled connection with others, gratitude and joy are the most important aspects of a healthy life.
