This ancient act of drinking cacao to open our heart can be personalized for any heart led event. I will happily work with you to create a magical event for your special day, group, or retreat! I've been working with this elixir from the goddess for over eleven years. It has taught me so much about myself and opened me up to so much more. I now walk with greater strength, love, joy, and compassion, and a deeper sense of empathy for others.

THE FIFTH ELEMENT
IN THE MAYAN TRADITION IT IS BELIEVED THAT THERE ARE NOT 4 BUT 5 ELEMENTS.
In our earthly existence, the four elements, Fire, Earth, Air & Water, sustain life. But the Mayans believe in an intrinsic fifth element - the Spirit, present throughout the universe.
Cacao plays a pivotal role in this narrative. According to the creation story, humans were made from corn, with its four colors symbolizing both human diversity & the spectrum of skin tones. However, there was a concern that humans might lose sight of life's true essence, forget to recognize the spirit in all things & follow the destructive path of past civilizations.
To ensure our empathy & that the inner spirit remained awakened, 'kakaw' was bestowed upon us as a sacred elixir.
