Cancellation Policy
Retreat – Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for your interest in attending a retreat. These gatherings are intentionally small, intimate experiences and require advance planning, preparation, and resource commitments. Please review the following policies before registering. Registration Fee A $50 registration fee is required to reserve your space. This fee is non-refundable and secures your place in the retreat. Retreat Investment • Early Bird Rate: $500 • Regular Rate: $555 Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time and must be paid before the early bird deadline. Payment Requirements All retreat balances must be paid in full no later than 3 weeks (21 days) before the retreat start date. Participants who have not completed payment by this time may forfeit their space. Cancellation Policy Because retreat spaces are limited and preparation begins well in advance, the following cancellation terms apply: • The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the retreat may receive a refund of payments made minus the $50 registration fee. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the retreat. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your space to another participant with prior approval from the retreat organizer. Event Cancellation by Organizer In the unlikely event the retreat must be canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. All-Inclusive Experience Your retreat investment includes the full weekend experience, including programming, meals, accommodations (if applicable), and retreat activities. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
