We begin with a Sacred Cacao Tea, warm, intentional, and poured with presence.
Then you rise into your hanging hammock — your floating cocoon — and are guided through a Meditation Journey designed to soothe, unwind, and open your inner landscape.
We close with gentle Movement Integration, inviting your body to ground what your soul has received.
