Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga: Great for every physical ability, is slow steady movements used to help restore the body after surgery, build lean muscle and heal the body. Every movement can be modified for each issue your body is dealing with.

Chair yoga, also known as seated yoga, offers many health benefits, including:

    Chair yoga allows you to bend, twist, and stretch while seated.

    Using your muscles to complete poses builds strength, which can improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.

    The mindfulness involved in yoga can help you relax, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. 

  • Improved pain management

    Exercise releases natural painkillers like endorphins, which can help reduce pain. 

  • Better sleep

    Regular exercise, including chair yoga, is often associated with better sleep.

    Chair yoga can help improve your concentration. 

  • Reduced joint strain

    Chair yoga can help reduce joint strain, especially for people with conditions like arthritis.
