Welcome;
To The The Cosmic Threshold,
I'm So Glad You Are Here...
Let's Empower Your Self-Worth!!!

Love, Healing & Empowerment - Dates TBA

We Celebrate Beginnings.

We Rarely Mark Crossings.

We celebrate births.

We celebrate weddings.
We celebrate graduations.
Every year, we celebrate the day we were born.

But the most life-altering transitions in a woman’s life often pass without acknowledgment.

  • When the children leave home.

  • When she becomes a grandmother.

  • When she reaches midlife and something inside reorganizes.

  • When menopause arrives and her body no longer bleeds.

  • When her parents pass and she becomes the elder.

  • When a marriage ends.

  • When a partner dies.

  • When she steps into leadership or sovereignty.

These are not minor events.

They are thresholds.

Yet they are rarely witnessed, marked, or integrated.

What Is Unmarked Remains Unfinished

When a threshold is not acknowledged, the psyche does not register completion.

Women carry the invisible weight of transitions they were never supported to cross.

They continue functioning.
Holding families.
Holding grief.
Holding responsibility.

But something inside remains suspended.

Not broken.
Not failing.
Unfinished.

A crossing requires witnessing.

Without it, the body does not fully exhale.

Threshold Moments Change Who We Are

Midlife is not simply aging.
It is reorientation.

At approximately 42, many women feel a catalytic shift.
By 50, there is often a deeper arrival — a stepping into authority, self-trust, and what many traditions recognize as elder or queen energy.

Menopause is not loss.
It is consolidation of power inward.

Becoming an elder in your family line is not just responsibility.
It is a positional transformation.

Becoming a grandmother is not a side note.
It is a generational crossing.

These passages deserve recognition.

Not celebration in a superficial sense —
but conscious marking.

Ceremony Creates Completion

A threshold ritual does not erase grief.
It does not deny change.
It does not pretend loss is easy.

It allows a woman to:

• acknowledge what has ended
• honor what has been carried
• metabolize grief and transition
• consciously release an identity
• step forward with coherence and self-trust

When a crossing is marked, the nervous system registers completion.

The breath deepens.
The body settles.
Life can move forward.

Why I Create Threshold Ceremonies

Years ago, I asked for a ceremony to mark a profound transition in my own life.

It did not come.

I waited — not consciously, but somatically — for acknowledgment that never arrived.

Thirteen years later, when that threshold was finally witnessed and marked, the breath that left my body was unlike anything I had known.

It was freedom.
Completion.
Permission to move forward.

That moment revealed something essential:

we are not meant to cross alone.

So I create spaces where women are witnessed, nourished, and supported as they step across the thresholds of their lives.

Nourishment Is Part of the Crossing

Transition requires safety.

Safety is created through environment, sensory care, and embodied nourishment.

Beautiful food.
Thoughtful details.
Restful spaces.
Care that feels generous rather than clinical.

When women are nourished, their nervous systems soften.
When the body softens, truth can surface.
When truth surfaces, crossing becomes possible.

This is not indulgence.
It is regulation.
It is readiness.
It is respect.

These Crossings Deserve to Be Marked

Not with spectacle.
Not with performance.
Not with endurance rituals.

But with presence.
Witnessing.
Integration.
Completion.

Because when a woman consciously crosses a threshold, she does not return the same.

She returns coherent.
Grounded.
Sovereign.

No Woman Should Have to Wait Thirteen Years to Exhale

If you are standing at a life threshold…
If something in you knows a chapter has ended…
If you feel suspended between who you were and who you are becoming…

You may not need answers.

You may need a crossing.

Limited spaces to preserve intimacy.
Location shared upon confirmation.

If your body whispers yes, trust it.

The Cosmic Threshold is simply where you cross — heard, witnessed, and nourished. 🌙✨

Love Notes From The CASS-Kicked Collective

"First of all Cass! For leading us all to healing and strength...... I cannot thank you enough! You have no idea the gift you have given me in giving myself this strength and trust!!!! Fierce!!!!!!!
To my sisters who broke boards and walked fire with me...... thank you for trusting me enough to walk over fire with me, and trusting yourself! I am honoured to have gone through this with you!
Also my sisters thank you for pushing me to go first and, in a sense, lead you through the board breaking and fire walking. I don't have that trust and confidence in myself but you pushed me to take that on.
I appreciate each of you and will never forget the gifts you have given me!"
